SHE: When do you first start music?

DRAY: I started making music when I was real young, got into hip hop in middle school and started really taking it serious, branding wise about a year ago.

SHE: Where are you based now?

DRAY: I'm from Boston Massachusetts originally but now I'm an official Los Angeles resident.

SHE: What do you love about making music?

DRAY: I make songs that I'd want to hear, what I'm in the mood for. If people like it that's cool, but if not it's whatever, I make music for me, and for those who rock with it, that's lit. Good looking out.

SHE: Who are your musical influences?

DRAY: I always rocked with the old school legends like Biggie, Pac, Big L, Jay Z, Nas, Eminem, but my favorite artists as of now are definitely Eazy-E, Speaker Knockerz and Wiz Khalfa. RIP Eazy and Speaker Knockerz by the way.

SHE: What was the inspiration behind Plug N My Plays?

DRAY: I made My Plug N' My Plays as soon as I found a studio in LA. It was kind of like my "finally made if off the block" anthem, and when I got that beat from my homie Pdub, that's all I could think of. What's up to my plug and all of my plays.

SHE: What are you currently working on?

DRAY: Right now,  I'm getting ready to put out some new music in January, I got these singles I know are about to turn a lot of heads. I personally think my new tracks are better than everything I have out right now, but I'll let the listeners be the judge of that. But yeah, be on the lookout starting in January. It's about to turn up.

SHE: What are your goals for  2017?

DRAY: In 2017 I just want all the projects I got coming to have a successful release, and I just hope people appreciate the music I'll be giving them.

SHE: How can your fans reach you and keep up with you?

DRAY: People can reach me on social media,  I'm on everything just search Dray Houston or @DrayHouston.

SHE: If you weren’t doing music, what would you be doing?

DRAY: I don't know what I'd be doing if I was doing music because I'm doing music. Before I was getting money on the block, so I'd probably be back in Boston doing what I was doing before. I'm definitely thankful to be where I'm at right now.

There you have it folks, stay tuned for Dray Houston coming out sooner than you think.
